We require your monthly income be 2.5X the rent and can be a combination of employment income/financial aid/savings in your name. OR a co-signer at 4X rent for income. I suggest bringing the hold fee to the tour as I lease to the first applicant to hand me a check and then email me Income and ID and would eliminate another trip!
